Hello Teresa,
Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you but I wanted to gather some great pictures to send over the rescue in Taiwan.
I don't know where to begin, so i think i start by saying Thank you!
We are both so lucky to have Jodi in our lives now, she has managed to wiggle her way in the hearts of everyone around us and I can't imagine how things would be with out her. We have renamed her Rini (meaning little bunny in Japanese) because of how she "hops" around when she's playing or excited just like a little bunny rabbit.
She has been an absolute doll sense we brought her home adjusting to our routine very quickly. There is so much I want to say about her personality and behavior that its hard for me to write down everything I want to tell you. She's a total love and doing very well with our cat who hid for about the first week but has sense adjusted and started to play with the dog. She also gets along very well with my mom's Chihuahuas who are a little elderly (ages 9 and 12) and have a hard time keeping up with Rini's activity level but still manage to give her a good time. She's an absolute love bug with us loving to cuddle and play but if we're busy or have things we need to take care of she's perfectly happy curling up next to us or entertaining herself with a chew toy. So far she's been very good only destroying one pair of my sandals that I can't blame her for because they were made entirely out of leather and just begging to be chewed on.
We are trying to keep her socialized as much as possible taking her to dog parks, friends' houses and as many outings that allow dogs. She she's still a little shy around certain objects such as squeaky toys and balls, but she starting to warm up to new things and is some times a little over enthusiastic about new surroundings, people and dogs. She's also getting really good at riding in the car, getting through the door use to be a little scary but now she jumps right in with a big grin on her face.
I have attached some photos and videos I hope you enjoy, I can't thank you enough for giving us the opportunity to adopt this amazing dog.
